If you see that the wait time is 90+ minutes, we may be able to have your order ready sooner if you only order Stir-fried Noodle dishes, fried chicken entrees (ex. General Tso’s, Sesame, Orange, Grandma’s Sweet and Sour), egg rolls, or crab rangoon. You are welcome to call and ask us if your order meets the criteria!
️All other dinner entrees, soups, and noodle soups take more time to prepare because we only have one chef who cooks those dishes. However, we have several chefs who make noodle dishes so we can make those faster!
Dine-in seating will stop 45 minutes before close. Phone orders will stop 10 minutes before close.
We may close earlier if there is bad weather or if we run out of fresh ingredients.

About Taigu
Some of the most delicious dishes from China are unknown to those who have never traveled there. We aim to change that by introducing some new tastes to Middleton from both the Shanxi region of northern China and the Canton region of southern China.
