For further questions and concerns (refunds, etc.)
On the rare occasion that we miss an item in your order, you may choose to pick it up, receive store credit, or a refund for the specific item.
If you get food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that you received the wrong food. We will prioritize making your correct dish, and you can come to pick it up (please return the wrong dish with you). In some cases, we may offer store credit.
If you find that the taste of the food is unsatisfactory, we may offer to make a new version of the dish, store credit, or partial refund. Please note, full refunds are not available. We apologize.
